In memory of the Rev. Charles Augustus Hulbert M.A. of Sidney Sussex Bellece Cambridge Incumbent of this Parish 1839 – 67 Honorary Canon of Ripon 1866 Vicar of Almondbury 1867 – 88. Born December 31^st 1805 died March 5^th 1888.
Also of Mary Hulbert wife of the above and daughter of James Lacy Esq. Of Islington Born September 15^th 1808 died June 2^nd 1884.
Sacred to the memory of Anna Louisa second daughter of the Revd Charles Augustus Hulbert Incumbent of this Chapelry and Mary his wife born August 31^st 1845 and died April 6^th 1847.
Also Reginald Mottershead (third son of the above C.A. & M. Hulbert) M.A. and successively curate of Slaithwaite, Almondbury and Wakefield, & H.M. Chaplin in India, born July 9^th 1843 at Slaithwaite, and died at Ramsgate Kent November 20^th 1871.
There he sleeps in Jesus
