Sacred in memory of Charlotte Holroyd daughter of James & Betty Holroyd of Highhouse Linthwaite who departd this life 26^th of May 1800 in the --- year of her age.
Within this tomb fair lovely creature
Thy body rests in silent sleep
Thy soul is gone to God thy maker
And we are left behind to weep.
Also of the above James Holroyd who departed this life 7^th April 1820 aged 62 years.
Also of Mary Ann their daughter who departed this life 27^th of October 1822 aged 4 years.
Also of Nancy daughter of the above who died on the 9^th day of October 1819 aged 24 years.
Also of Betty wife of the above James Holroyd who departed this life 6^th March 1825 aged 63 years.
